My Story

Why I Built a Career Around Making Work Fun

In 2015, I had it all - or so I thought. Within six months, my brother, my dad, and I all lost our jobs. My engagement ended. My world turned upside down.

What pulled me out wasn't a productivity hack or a hustle mindset. It was play. Studying positive psychology, 10+ years of improv training, and rediscovering the things I genuinely loved rebuilt me on rock-solid ground.

That experience is now the backbone of every PLAYshop and keynote I run across Toronto and beyond. I know what it costs when employee engagement falls apart - and what it takes for teams to genuinely reconnect and thrive.
